Psychotherapy in German & English

A space to feel heard, understood and more at ease.

I’m Marie, an integrative psychotherapist working with adults in person in West London and online.

Together, we can make room for what feels difficult, understand the patterns shaping your life and find a way forward that feels more your own.

A place to begin

You may know something needs to change, even if you cannot yet name it.

You might be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally stuck or disconnected. You may be navigating a difficult relationship, a period of change, or experiences that are hard to put into words.

Therapy offers a confidential space to slow things down. You do not need a diagnosis or a clearly defined problem to begin—only a sense that you would like something to feel different.

You are welcome to begin exactly where you are.

Who I am

Therapy that feels genuinely human.

I am an integrative psychotherapist with professional experience across the NHS, hospital settings in Germany and online therapeutic services.

Working in these different clinical environments has given me experience of supporting people through a broad range of emotional and psychological difficulties, from acute periods of distress to concerns that emerge more gradually over time.

I work in both German and English and understand that language, culture and personal history can all influence how we experience ourselves and relate to others.

How I work

An approach shaped around you.

My approach is integrative. Rather than applying the same method to everyone, our work develops around your experiences, relationships, way of making sense of the world and what you would like to explore or change.

Sometimes therapy involves making sense of what is happening now. At other times, it can mean looking more closely at earlier experiences, recurring emotional patterns or ways of relating that have become difficult or limiting.

I see therapy as a collaborative process. I will listen carefully, ask questions and offer reflections to help you notice connections that may not be immediately apparent. The aim is a deeper understanding of yourself and greater freedom in how you respond.

My experience

Whatever brings you here,
we can explore it together.

Across the NHS, hospital-based settings in Germany and online psychotherapy services, I have supported people with a wide range of experiences and concerns.

  • 01Anxiety, persistent worry and feeling overwhelmed
  • 02Low mood, depression, loneliness or a loss of direction
  • 03Relationship difficulties and recurring patterns
  • 04Self-esteem, identity and periods of change or uncertainty
  • 05Trauma, grief and loss
  • 06Neurodivergence, including autism, and living with a diagnosis such as bipolar disorder or a personality disorder

You do not have to have everything worked out. That is enough to begin.

What you can expect

02

Finding the right fit

03

Ongoing sessions

If we continue, sessions last 50 minutes and usually take place at the same time each week.
